The presence of blackheads, small cysts and scars is called acne. It is unsightly spots on neck, face, cheeks, forehead, back, shoulder and chest.

It occurs because of hormonal imbalance which takes place at the onset of puberty. When human adolescence begins, the activity of glands increases which causes the sebaceous glands to secrete a larger amount of oil which lubricates the skin and this clogs the pores causing acne. A person should wash his face regularly with plain water about 4-5 times a day.

The sun which is a source of vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium in the body, but the excess of it is harmful for the skin. The continuous exposure can cause cancer, darkening of skin etc. the ultraviolet rays burn the surface of the skin gets deeper into the lower cells.

The skin is constantly opened exposed to gets dark, leathery, loose and wrinkle. Sunburns are at more risk to fair skin rather than dark skin. The dark skin has less danger because of their pigmentation.

Wrinkles which appear prematurely give an old look to young person. Women takes there wrinkles as a curse. These wrinkles can be controlled to some extend. Dark circles is very common problem which may be caused due to fatigue, loss of sleep, prolonged illness, anemia, migraine, hereditary factors, dietary deficiency, stress or some kidney disease. These dark circles usually develop when the person is in mid 30’s and becomes quite noticeable because the skin around the eyes is quite thin and delicate.

When oil collects and hardens in the pores of skin blackheads are formed. The pores are then closed with hardened sebum or oil. Since the pores are open, the tip of clogged grease is exposed to air and oxidizes which turns black.

Their dark appearance is because of the densely packed skin cells, which leads to black color. Hence blackheads are formed in this way. Because of blackheads the pores get blocked and oil glands get affected resulting in pimples.

Whiteheads are the small, pearly, white raised spots. They are the collection of sebum and keratin that plugs the opening of skin pore. They are caused due to due to excessive secretion of sebum oil.

Their tips do not get darkened because unlike blackheads the clogged grease is not exposed to air, so oxidation does not takes place. Whiteheads appear in the area where skin is delicate and fine which is mostly under the eyes.

The term eczema is said to the reaction pattern in the skin which can be either acute and can happen because of number of causes. The skin becomes red, rash, itchy and causes blisters. Scales appear on the skin. Eczema can appear on any part of the body and can happen to anyone. It happens when the skin is dry or oily.

Infections of skin by bacteria cause boils. They are inflamed, localized, pus-filled swelling in the skin by large red area. These are very painful. These are skin eruptions and causes fever. Sugar is the main symptom of boils so sugar should be checked time to time.

When products do not suit the internally and externally they cause allergy. Sensitive skin reacts to some external influences like cosmetic ingredients. Its symptoms are flaking skin, dryness, blotches, rashes, itching and painful swelling. These are two different things, irritation and allergy.

They both have similar reactions but the causes of both are different. Irritation is very common. The fair and dry skin will have the irritation soon. The irritation is caused by the detergents, products which contain alcohol and sometimes can happen due to hot water or cold winds.

The condition in which there is absence of dark pigment melanin results in white patches that appears on skin. This causes the skin disease. In leucoderma the skin loses its color. There are lots of reason for the loss of pigmentation.

This occurs due to injuries, use of sticker bindis or kumkum or and burns etc. whose quality is not guaranteed. This can occur because of stress and emotional disturbances. This disease should be cured as soon as it is detected, but it can not be cured hundred percent.
